SHIPPING PROCESS & POLICY
TORSSO ships from our studio in Los Angeles M-F, excluding holidays. Typically, orders are processed within 3-5 business days, pending payment verification and authorization. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Please allow a few days for the tracking information to update.
Due to the current health crisis, we are not able to offer expedited shipping is not available at this time.
All domestic orders include complimentary shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail.
All international sales are final and include orders shipped to countries outside of the United States. Shipping costs vary from country to country and customers are responsible for additional taxes, duties or fees. International orders are shipped via DHL Express.
If you want to change your order or edit your shipping information, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, as we try to get packages shipped quickly. TORSSO is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
TORSSO is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please reach out to your local carrier to address these concerns. TORSSO will not resend packages. Once a package leaves our studio, TORSSO is not responsible for delays in delivery due to Mother Nature or unforeseen events.
