Information We Automatically Collect:

You acknowledge that if you choose to use this feature, your friends, followers and subscribers on these third-party services or platforms will be able to view such activity. The use of the information by such social networking websites will be governed by their privacy policies, and we do not control their use of the shared data.

Newsletter: If you do not want us to send you marketing or promotional communications, you can opt-out by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any such promotional emails, checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Google Analytics: You can opt out of tracking by Google Analytics by using Google's Ads Settings or going to https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/. You may also opt out of Google marketing products, but please not this does not opt you out of being served generic ads.
Third-Party Advertising: If you are interested in more information about tailored advertising and your choices to prevent third parties from delivered tailored web advertisements, you may visit the following websites: http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ or http://www.aboutads.info/choices/. These opt-out tools are provided by third parties. We do not control or operate these tools or the choices that advertisers and others provide through these tools. Please note that you may still received advertisements from third parties within our Services even if you opt out of tailored advertising but they will not be based on your activity across unrelated websites.
Do Not Track Signals: Third parties may keep track of your browsing activities across third party websites. California Business and Professions Code Section 22575(b) provides that California residents are entitled to know we respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. Certain web browsers enable users to activate a "Do Not Track" signal but we do not currently respond to the "Do Not Track" signal or other similar mechanisms.
Notices to California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the "Shine The Light" law, permits our users who are California residents to request and obtain from us, once a calendar year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately preceding calendar year. If you are a California resident and would like to make such a request, please send an email to email@example.com.
If you are under 18 years of age, reside in California, and have a registered account with our Site, you have the right to request removal of unwanted data that you publicly post on our Site. section 5. SHOPIFY
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We will endeavor to give you notice of any such change where required by applicable law.
SECTION 9. LEGAL BASES FOR COLLECTING AND USING PERSONAL INFORMATIONPersonal information collected through the Site may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which TORSSO or its subsidiaries, affiliates or service providers maintain facilities. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom or another jurisdictions with similar laws governing data collection and protection, we collect and process information about you only where we have a legal basis to do so under applicable law. We collect and use your Personal Information on the following bases:

SECTION 13. ADVERTISING & ANALYTICSWe use online advertising to keep you aware of what we're up to and to help you see and find our products. You may see TORSSO banners and ads when you are on other websites and apps, such as social media. We manage this through a variety of digital marketing networks and ad exchanges. We also use a range of advertising technologies. The banners and ads you see are based on information we hold about you, or your previous use of TORSSO (for example your TORSSO search history and the content you read on our site) or TORSSO ads you have previously clicked on. In regards to Facebook specifically, the connection to Facebook from our Shopify Store allows for the sharing of personal customer details directly from Shopify's servers to Facebook. These details cannot be blocked by ad blockers.
