If you don't completely love your purchase, we will happily provide a full refund on all unworn and unwashed items, with the original tags attached. Please be careful when trying on items, as we cannot accept any soiled or stained garments.
REQUEST A RETURN
- Email email@example.com to request a return authorization and return address within 14 days of delivery date. Please include a description of the item(s) you would like to return.
- Once approved, we will respond with a return authorization form and next steps. Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
- We will contact you once your return has been received, evaluated and processed at our studio.
TORSSO does not offer exchanges at the moment. If you wish to swap an item for a different size, color or style, please follow the steps above to return it and purchase your new desired piece in a separate order. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding fit, size, material, color, etc to avoid the hassle of a return.
TORSSO does not accept returns on international orders. All shipments outside of the US are final.
TORSSO makes sure all pieces are sent in tip top condition, but if you receive anything damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com immediately.
TORSSO does not cover shipping costs associated with returns.
All items must be returned in new and unused condition.
TORSSO reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements or is returned without authorization.
